Camp Kaizen runs hybrid training camps in the Lake District National Park, based at Seathwaite Farm in Borrowdale. Each camp combines road and trail running, HIIT, strength and off-feet conditioning with guided hikes, sauna and cold-water recovery, in a supportive team environment.

The Hybrid Camps are fully catered three-night camps for up to 16 athletes; there is also an Elite Masters camp for athletes over 35 with private glamping bell tents, and a winter marathon training camp based at the Glaramara Hotel.
