No Monkey Business is Cumbria and the Lake District's first no and low alcohol bar: a cafe and bar on Main Street in Keswick. It specialises in zero-proof and low-alcohol drinks, from non-alcoholic spirits, craft beers and low-ABV wines to signature elixirs with adaptogens such as ashwagandha and reishi, served from a morning turmeric latte to an evening zero-proof cocktail.
Its menus cover brunch, evening dishes, fusion bowls and Sunday lunch, and its event space hosts quiz nights, craft workshops and live music. Open from 9am every day, until 5pm Sunday to Wednesday and until 9pm Thursday to Saturday.
