The Lake District spa, renowned for its commitment to excellence and state-of-the-art facilities, is a finalist for both ‘Spa of the Year’ and ‘Spa/Salon Team of the Year’. The Professional Beauty Awards, which now spans nine categories, honour outstanding achievements and groundbreaking contributions in the spa and beauty industry; and this is not the first time the iconic spa has been noticed by the scheme. The Falls Spa boasts a history of success at these awards, having previously secured the titles of ‘Boutique Spa of the Year’ and ‘Midlands and North West Spa of the Year’ at the 2020 awards ceremony. "It is truly an honour for The Falls Spa to be recognised once again at the Professional Beauty Awards" expressed Cara Thompson, Manager of The Falls Spa. "To be shortlisted for both ‘Spa of the Year’ and ‘Spa Team of the Year’ is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our team. We operate like a family, and this recognition is a celebration of each team member's commitment to creating an exceptional spa experience for our guests." Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Borrowdale Valley, The Falls Spa has become synonymous with unparalleled treatments, exceptional customer service and continuous team development.
